30 Women Chefs Successfully Graduate from BCA Leadership Program

The Bengal Culinary Association (BCA) proudly celebrated the successful graduation of 30 talented women chefs from its Women Chef Leadership Program – Class of 2025.

The program was created to empower women working in the culinary and hospitality industry by providing advanced leadership training, business knowledge, and professional development opportunities.
